Will my clients see the Recoia name?
Not with the Agency plan: PDF reports and share links carry your logo, colours and signature. The Scale plan adds a custom domain for the links.
Can I use Recoia to win a new client?

How long does a baseline take?
A few minutes to analyse a site: reading the site, building the questions, querying the assistants. Tracking is then automatic, every 2 weeks or weekly.
What if my client has several locations?
Each location can be tracked as a site, with its own town questions and its own report. The plan’s prompts are shared by all your sites.
My clients are in France and Belgium but my team works in English. Does that work?
Yes. The interface is available in English, while measurements follow each client’s market (France or Belgium) and ask the assistants in French.
